氣囊式蓄能器的結(jié)構(gòu)

我們以氣囊式蓄能器為例,先看看它的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)吧!

結(jié)構(gòu)超簡單,在金屬外殼內(nèi)部,裝有一個啟閉閥、一個充氣閥,一個氣囊。 當(dāng)給氣囊充入足夠多的高壓氣體后,氣囊會膨脹到使啟閉閥關(guān)閉的位置,而這個啟閉閥的作用就是防止氣囊充氣后被擠出進(jìn)油口。

氣囊內(nèi)充入多大的壓力為合適?

往氣囊里預(yù)充氣體時,肯定不是往死里充,那到底充多少合適呢?

老外一般認(rèn)為充氣壓力保持在系統(tǒng)低壓力的60~80%之間較為合適,而國內(nèi)一般認(rèn)為充氣壓力可以保持在系統(tǒng)低壓力的90%。不管這個百分比是多少,其目的主要是為了保證當(dāng)系統(tǒng)處于低工作壓力時,氣囊與啟閉閥之間可以保持一定的安全距離。

而這個安全距離,既可以保證當(dāng)系統(tǒng)處于低工作壓力時,在氣囊和啟閉閥之間所預(yù)留的空間內(nèi),能夠儲存少量的油液;又可以保證當(dāng)氣囊膨脹釋放壓力時,氣囊不會直接撞擊啟閉閥,從而造成物理損傷。

充氣壓力太高太低都不行

如果充氣壓力太低,那么當(dāng)系統(tǒng)開始工作以后,氣囊將直接被液壓油擠成了一小團(tuán),這樣的蓄能器起不到任何作用;而如果充氣壓力過高,氣囊將會擠壓啟閉閥,此時啟閉閥芯的銳邊很有可能會切割氣囊。

The structure is super simple. Inside the metal shell, there is an on-off valve, an inflation valve and an air bag. When enough high-pressure gas is filled into the air bag, the air bag will expand to the position where the on-off valve is closed, and the function of the on-off valve is to prevent the air bag from being squeezed out of the oil inlet after inflation.

What is the most appropriate pressure to fill the airbag?

When the air bag is pre filled with air, it must not be filled with dead air. How much is appropriate?

Foreigners generally think that it is more appropriate to keep the inflation pressure between 60% and 80% of the minimum pressure of the system, while domestic generally think that the inflation pressure can be kept at 90% of the minimum pressure of the system. No matter what the percentage is, its main purpose is to ensure that when the system is at the lowest working pressure, a certain safety distance can be maintained between the airbag and the on-off valve.

This safety distance can not only ensure that when the system is at the lowest working pressure, a small amount of oil can be stored in the reserved space between the air bag and the on-off valve; but also ensure that when the air bag expands to release pressure, the air bag will not directly impact the on-off valve, causing physical damage.

The inflation pressure is too high or too low

If the inflation pressure is too low, then when the system starts to work, the air bag will be directly squeezed into a small ball by the hydraulic oil, so the accumulator can not play any role; if the inflation pressure is too high, the air bag will squeeze the on-off valve, and the sharp edge of the on-off valve core is likely to cut the air bag.
